Terms of use
Terms of use
The terms for using apps published by Argent Tech AB.
Effective 20 October 2026
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Argent Tech AB (org.nr 559532-2347), Sweden. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also covered by Apple's Standard License Agreement; apps from Google Play by the Google Play Terms of Service. If they conflict with these terms, the store's terms apply.
Using the apps
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use our apps on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer them, misuse them to harm others, or try to get around paid features.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Prices are shown in the app and the store before you buy, in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple ID or Google account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current one ends.
- If an app offers a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel them. See Support for how.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. This does not limit your rights under consumer law.
Your content
What you create or store in our apps stays yours. We only use it to provide the app to you, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and availability
We improve the apps over time and may change or remove features. If we stop offering an app or a paid feature you are still paying for, we will tell you in advance where we can.
Liability
We work hard to make the apps reliable, but they are provided as they are, without guarantees that they will always be free of errors or available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies, without limiting the protection the law where you live gives you as a consumer. If something goes wrong, write to us first; we want to sort it out. Consumers in Sweden can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
