Delete your account and data
How to delete an account you created in an app by Argent Tech AB, and what happens to your data.
In the app
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away from the app, and from our systems within 30 days.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to admin@argentapps.io from the email address linked to your account. Include the app's name. We confirm when it is done, within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your account, your profile and everything you stored or synced in the app.
- Deleted: diagnostics and usage data linked to your account.
- Kept: records of purchases, for seven years, because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it. They are not used for anything else.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account first; see Support for how.
Only some of your data?
You can also ask us to delete specific data without deleting the account. Write to admin@argentapps.io and say what you would like removed.
